Bright Sparks has recently set up their own ViisConnect training centre to guide and inform staff of ongoing enhancements to their system and has dedicated 50% of a staff member’s time to champion ViisConnect throughout the organistion.
"The training centre allows us to bring remote staff to Christchurch to familiarise themselves with the company, products and staff and set them up and train them on ViisConnect. We are now focusing on using ViisConnect to grow the business and employ more remote staff that are based outside our three offices in Christchurch, Auckland and Dunedin." Says Matt Withers, Bright Sparks Director.
A link between ViisConnect and Bright Sparks’ website ensures any new products added to ViisConnect are then automatically uploaded to their website every 24 hours, which means remote staff have access to latest product releases.
"We feel that our sales reps are now more capable of presenting products in a professional manner. All information relevant to a product is available in ViisConnect – if it’s clothing it has colours and sizing and if it’s a pen it has features, how long it writes for, colours, pricing plus more" says Matt.
"We’re getting as much information into ViisConnect as we can and have found that we’ve increased efficiencies in many areas of the business" Matt concludes. |
