Worldwide support is provided by our internal ViisCRM system.
Every community is linked into this and can place and monitor their support issues from within their own communities. When a support issue is raised, ViisCRM registers it and instantly emails the Implementation Partner and the Community Administrator that there is a query. The Implementation Partner also receives an SMS text to their mobile phone which tells them that their customer has an issue. The issue them moves through the ViisCRM workflow process to resolution. The partner who generates the issue can login at any stage and see the status of the query and who is responsible for it at that stage. When the issue is complete the appropriate people are automatically alerted that the issue has been resolved. There are multiple levels of help available to the user. At the global level any help scripts that are generated by Viisibility are automatically replicated to all the communities. Each community can customise the help pages for their particular community at both the technical and user level. As each viisConnect community is developed, each individual field within the database can have a help script created describing the operation of that piece of data within that specific community. Any new help that is entered by the partners is automatically updated in the help menu. Training and FAQ sections are also available in the help menu. |
